Une multinationale Installée à la zone "Tanger Automotive City" TAC cherche un Responsable Qualite Usine  .

Profil recherché :
Bac+3/5
Expérience : Minimum 3 ans dans un poste similaire (comme Responsable Qualite )

Missions:
Definition of the context of the organisation
Definition of the intereseted parties, External and internal issues and risk analyis
Responsible to define and implement the Plant Quality System, as well as to update it according to the Focus: Quality Manual and Procedures.
Defines, plans and implements advanced quality procedures for new products.
Provides planning, leadership and consultative support for the implementation and maintenance of customer quality system requirements and continuous improvement methodologies at Plant level.
Assures the correct management of the customer quality complains, including the ones referred to products which are under warranty
Leads the necessary internal activity to avoid customer complains.
 Follows-up the satisfaction quality indexes agreed with the customers.
Supervises the correct implementation of production quality assurance activities
have the authority to stop production and shippement in case of non-conformity
Certified Product Safety & Conformity Representative
ensuring that the requirements of factory quality assurance ability are effectively implemented and maintained by the plant.
ensuring that certified products meet the requirements of certification standards and are consistent with the approved type test samples.
understanding and complying with the usage and marking requirements of compulsory product certification, conditions of cancellation, suspension and withdrawal, to ensure certificates and marks are used properly.
Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements and targets definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure and Proceed with escalation following process escalation.
Provides the leadership and direction essential to maintain the environment, safety and health policy and the energy policy.
Evaluates the energy, environment, safety and health performance of subordinate supervisors.
Insists that safe working procedures are established and that employees follow it.
Makes sure that prompt corrective action is taken whenever environment, safety and health hazards are recognized, unsafe acts are observed or controlling energy opportunities are proposed.
